“DON’T GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS”. With that being said here is your chance to be a part of ours. We started this project but need the extra push to finish. We made this video to explain but CLICK and visit the site for all the info! Project SIDESWIPE is our “Movie TRAILER” to present to the MAJOR STUDIO. We got their time and attention but need to present it flawlessly.
Hi, Jared Davis here.
I hope you had a chance to check out the video I made for you! What it all boils down to is this: with a lot of hard work (and luck), I finally have the chance of a lifetime! A legitimate shot at doing what I’ve been dreaming of doing my entire life. To direct a Hollywood feature film!
Let me explain…
A few years ago I moved to L.A. to do what everyone in this town dreams of doing, and that is, to “make it” in the motion picture industry. After making a few short films that didn’t do so well, I finally made one that did. It was a film called “RESIDUE,” which actually got into over a dozen film festivals, even winning a few. And believe it or not, it actually won two EMMY awards.

You can have a peek at the trailer HERE!
After that, an agent at the William Morris Endeavor agency here in town saw my film and asked to read my latest script. Now they want to help me get that script made into a Hollywood feature film. But before the dream of a lifetime becomes a reality I first have to create a 2-minute action-filled promo trailer to help sell the movie and get it financed.
That’s why I need your help!
Here’s what we have:
- I have the entire trailer storyboarded out, in detail shot for shot.
- We have our color palette selected.
- We have several locations locked down in the Palm Springs and San Diego areas.
- Cameras.
- We’ve also managed to pull off a few shots already — without actors.
What we don’t have:
- Actors
- Crew
- Food
- Housing
- A few more crucial locations
- Several key pieces of production equipment
I sincerely thank you for anything you can do to help make this dream a reality.
- Jared Davis
